Quality charter

All our members have subscribed to a ‘Quality Charter’ assuring the following:

  • To be updated on the information of the Erasmus+ programme and following programmes, in order to provide accurate guidance for schools in their applications.
  • To have an active collaboration with the EU institutions and the NAs.
  • To keep an open mind towards the diversity that exists in society. There is no discrimination, in any way, against course participants, staff or other stakeholders on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, race, cultural background or religion.
  • To offer courses that are the result, spin off or outcome of previous international projects or are developed, tested and validated within an international context.
  • To publish detailed information about courses including a detailed program for every course day in order to make a transparent offer for participants.
  • To combine the course content in combination with a friendly, informal and relaxed teaching and training atmosphere. Our trainers and participants are part of one team. We invest in team building activities.
  • To integrate the use of ICT in the preparatory phase, during the course activities and as a means of evaluation, dissemination and follow up.
  • To apply a system of permanent feedback and continuous evaluation by the participants. This evaluation is taken into account and is already used to adjust and improve the courses during the ongoing sessions.
  • To apply a system of permanent complaint management and inform the participants about contact persons for possible complaints.
  • To improve and develop constantly the means and resources available for study and training.
  • To organise the courses in a highly professional environment, respecting local culture and traditions, social and environmental sustainability. The course provider is committed to the standards of professional conduct and integrity.
  • To support participants and their organisations in the development of dissemination strategies.
  • To support participants and their organisations in preparation and validation of all necessary European documents like EUROPASS Mobility documents, Quality Agreements and Learning Agreements.
  • To provide the participants with a ‘Certificate of Attendance’.
