Participation is open for two groups of institutes
Course providers
Course providers can register as full members.
- They subscribe the quality charter and meet the admission criteria.
- They will have the possibility to offer their courses in the eatp course catalogue.
- They are prepared to have their courses evaluated by the participants, using the general eatp tool.
- They have full voting rights in the general assembly (see documents > ‘Short abstract statutes’ for details).
- They pay an annual contribution (currently 100 euro – later to be decided upon by the general assembly).
Affiliated schools or consortium
Each school or institute taking part of wishing to take part in Erasmus+ staff mobility activities can register as ‘affiliated institute’.
- Membership is free.
- Affiliated institutes can use a practical tool to organise courses when preparing an KA1 application.
- They can take actively part in the eatp forum as a tool for mutual support.
- They are invited to use the eatp tool to evaluate courses after taking part in them.
- They will be informed about any relevant developments in the field of EU staff mobility programmes.
