IDEC Training Centre is the training division of IDEC S.A., a consultancy, technology, and training organisation based in Piraeus, Greece. With more than 30 years of experience in education, training, and European cooperation, IDEC provides high-quality professional development opportunities for teachers, trainers, educational staff, and professionals across Europe. The organisation has trained over 5,000 participants and has been involved in more than 300 transnational projects, supporting innovation and excellence in education and lifelong learning.

Through Erasmus+ mobility programmes, in-service teacher training courses, e-learning programmes, and customised educational solutions, IDEC promotes modern, learner-centred approaches that respond to the evolving needs of education and society. Its training activities focus on areas such as digital education, inclusion, quality assurance, entrepreneurship, sustainability, educational leadership, and innovative teaching methodologies.

IDEC applies a constructive and participatory learning approach, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the practical application of knowledge. Through workshops, project-based learning, role-play, social learning, and interactive activities, participants gain valuable skills and tools that can be directly transferred to their professional environments.

With an extensive network of more than 800 partner organisations across Europe and long-standing experience in European projects and adult education, IDEC fosters international cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and the exchange of best practices. Its mission is to support educators and professionals in developing the competences needed to create inclusive, innovative, and high-quality learning environments for the 21st century.
