We are Euneos, a Nordic-Baltic forerunner in Erasmus+ teacher training, dedicated to empowering educators through high-quality, practice-oriented professional development. Founded by teachers and run by teachers, Euneos has been delivering European training courses since 2006, building a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and educational excellence rooted in Finnish and Estonian expertise.
We offer a wide portfolio of Erasmus+ courses that address the current challenges faced by schools today. Our topics include digitalisation, sustainability, internationalisation, innovation, curricular development, new pedagogical methods, and the well-being of school communities, as well as the education of refugees and migrants. Our training approach emphasises practical application, peer learning, and the exchange of best practices between educators from across Europe.
Our courses take place in inspiring international settings, primarily in the twin capitals of Helsinki and Tallinn, as well as in other attractive locations across Europe. We also organise benchmarking courses in the Helsinki metropolitan area, which include structured visits to local schools, offering participants valuable insights into highly regarded education systems.
Euneos actively promotes bi- and multilateral collaboration among schools and has been involved in European projects since its origins as a spin-off of the EU-funded Comenius network. Today, we continue to contribute to Erasmus+ initiatives while supporting teachers and school leaders in developing innovative and inclusive educational practices.
